Kelm’s BBQ
We are Kevin and Amy Kelm from Waseca, MN. We got into BBQ because we love eating it and preparing it for our friends and family for over 20 years before we bought our food trailer 4 years ago. Our style of BBQ is Midwestern with a southern twist. Our daughter wanted to try Mac and Cheese as a side in the food trailer when we purchased it. So, we decided to smoke it and from there her thought turned into our dream and it took off like wildfire as we have sold over 2 1/2 tons of Smoked Mac and Cheese last year. Can't wait for everyone to come try our BBQ.

Shawn and Beth brought their own take on Texas-style BBQ to Mankato in 2019, combining bold southern tradition with deep local roots. Using a custom-built, Midwest-made reverse flow smoker, Shawn crafts meats low and slow, while Beth brings her catering expertise and eye for detail to every dish. Inspired by family recipes and perfected over time, from house-made rubs to beloved sides, they’ve built a BBQ experience that’s both authentic and uniquely their own.
